Founded in 1989 by Calvin Murphy, DuPage Radon Contractors emerged as one of the earliest radon companies in the region. Committed to outstanding customer service and meticulous attention to detail, the business flourished. Calvin’s son, Mike, pitched in from a young age. When Calvin relocated south to join his wife’s family, he entrusted the company to Michael Rumak, who steered it through the challenges of the recession.
After Michael’s retirement, Dan Potter and Shawn Swallow took the helm, upholding the pursuit of excellence. Together, they bring over 60 years of expertise in construction and building science management. Under their leadership, the company has grown steadily, maintaining a strong focus on exceptional customer service.
